The true name of this boat was labeled Jet Ski in the picture. Babies have personal watercraft's in their bathing water.

A menace to swimmers and water foul.

Called generically jet skis.

And, of course, the name Jetski is actually on the craft.

Horrible noisy things that interfere with most wildlife.

To all those insisting it's a Jet Ski--that's a trademarked name that has found its way into modern parlance. Like Kleenex, Jell-O, and Xerox.

A kayak and some rowboats, sailboats, and canoes are personal watercraft as well. That is a jet ski

Player, I’ve been participating on Quizzclub since April 2014. I’ve noted over the years there has been significant down votes from time to time. I’ve surmised the negative voter objected on political, ethnic, religious or maybe even factual disagreement. I never considered it to be personal because at best any single participant might know a couple of dozen other participants personally. As of 17 October 2021 you and fdeisner have the most negative votes on this particular topic although there are several close seconds. I’ve concluded it’s the “clones” everyone is identifying and therefore the quizz organizers being bu$$hurt over the criticism that are tallying the negative votes.

Camilla Prosser, asking to identify a jet ski is not trivia. Criticizing the inclusion of such a question certainly within the guidelines of participating in Quizzclub. Not being an author does not negate the right or ability to do so.

Camilla Prosser, many of us have submitted numerous questions but, after niggling complaints and petty nitpicking, we have given up. The issue here is that ridiculous questions such as this do NOT go through the review process whilst good questions are still marooned there.
