I witnessed this form of “ entertainment “ back in the early 80’s and those images remain with me to this day.
A proud , beautiful animal bleeding profusely from the lances thrust in his neck trying to fight off his last tormentors . The matador taking the glory from killing a half dead already bull.

Allan Berry, I went to one in Barcelona in 1960 because everyone said "you can't go to Spain and not go to the bullfight". Some 'fight'! The odds are so totally stacked against them. The dreadful images are still in my mind nearly 60 years later and my regret has never diminished. A truly abhorrent, disgusting spectacle in the name of sport. Now when I see a matador has been gored, or worse, I think, serves them right, power to the bull. You could not pay me all lthe money in the world to go again.

Before you hate all Spanish People try looking up coyote whacking here in the states. Especially Northern ones. Actually they whack them all even with snowmobiles and such.
Like the bullfighting we keep signing petitions and writing the appropriate people to get it stopped. Some people are just cruel, evil and barbaric in their natures .. I fight to stop it all those poor innocent creatures tortured in these manners totally disgust me.

I saw a Bullfight in Piedras Negras,Mexico many years ago. One of the Matadors got thrown about 15 feet before killing the bull.
