What is the capital of Poland?

Many experienced travelers often associate Poland with its wonderful capital. Warsaw is a beautiful city, which stands on the Vistula River, just 190 miles (300 kilometers) from the Carpathian Mountains. It is one of the most visited European capitals. Approximately 1.7 million people live in Warsaw, and about 20 newcomers a day moves there in chase of better educational and business opportunities.

Thousands of tourists are attracted to the capital of Poland because of its rich history and old buildings. It is also officially considered the 32nd most livable city in the world. Today Warsaw is considered an "Alpha–" global city, a major international tourist destination and a significant cultural, political and economic hub.

I still tell Polish jokes because I am Polish.. We should all have a sense of humor concerning our heritage so long as it's in good taste.

When I first came to US I was surprised about the Polish jokes. We’re talking about a nation where the average Polish person speaks 6 languages.

Christopher John Goddard, I respectfully disagree with you. Jokes are part of everyone's culture and they are healthy when in foot taste. A healthy individual should be able to laugh at himself, as well as at others.
