What is the capital of Serbia?
Belgrade is the capital, the largest and the most visited city in Serbia. The name of the capital is translated into English as "White city". Approximately 1.5 million people live in Belgrad today. Belgrade is a city with a great and rich history. Beautiful area and so many nice people! Was there as part of an International Business Study program. It was nice being in the various parts of what was referred to as Yugoslavia, at that time!

Nearly all of that (formerly troubled) region whether in Serbia, Croatia and Montenegro is stunningly beautiful. My daughter and her family live in Croatia and I know from visits just how beautiful this area of Europe is.
