What is the height range of male French Bulldogs?

The French Bulldog is a French breed of a companion dog or toy dog. It appeared in Paris in the mid-nineteenth century, apparently, the result of cross-breeding of Toy Bulldogs imported from England and local Parisian ratters. Despite opposition from Miniature Bulldog (the new breed name for the Toy Bulldog) and Bulldog breeders, in 1905, the Kennel Club (U.K.) changed its policy on the breed and recognized them separate from the English variety, initially as the 'Bouledogue Francais', then later in 1912 with the name changed to the French Bulldog.

It is a stocky, compact 'toy type' dog with a friendly, mild-mannered temperament. The male dog is about 27–35 cm (0.88-1.15 ft) and the female is about 24–32 cm (0.79 -1.05 ft). Their life span is around 11-12 years.
