What is the name of the character who plays a mute cannibalistic serial killer that is under the wing of Cardinal Patrick Henry Roark in Frank Miller's Sin City?

The mute cannibalistic serial killer Kevin is played by the one and only Elijah Wood. As a primary antagonist in the film, he still somehow manages to keep himself under the radar, until Old Town ruler Goldie suspects that the Roark "clan" had something to do with the missing girls in Old Town. Kevin manages to kill Goldie by sneaking into her apartment, which the powerhouse Marv was also staying at as a form of protection for Goldie. Nevertheless, Marv goes on a ruthless hunt for vengeance, eventually cutting him, sawing off his arms and legs and letting the dogs eat him alive. Kevin doesn't utter a single word during the bloodbath, which leaves Marv completely unsatisfied, so finally Marv cuts Kevin's head off. In the end, Marv ends up tracking Roark down, revealing Kevin's head before killing him.

The character of Kevin appears very harmless, however he is a dangerous psychopath who kills, picks off various parts of his victims for trophies and then eats the rest. He is a very skillful fighter, who fights with ease utilizing emense speed and aggression. Kevin never shows any real human emotion and is completely indifferent to his own pain. (Hence him remaining completely quiet and motionless as Marv saws him into pieces).
