What was the name of the 1970s TV character, the Bionic Woman?

The Bionic Woman was an American television series starring Lindsay Wagner that aired for three seasons between 1976 and 1978 as a spin-off from The Six Million Dollar Man.

The series tells a story of a professional tennis player, who becomes a strong and powerful spy. The name of the main character is Jaime Sommers. At the beginning of the plot Sommers has an unpleasant skydiving accident and nearly dies, but her life is saved by with the use of bionic surgical implants. Oscar Goldman and Dr. Rudy Wells perform an operation, and Jamie finds herself changed. Hearing in her right ear is amplified, her right arm is extraordinary strong and she can run at speeds exceeding 60 miles per hour. Jaime decides to quit tennis, as she can't play fair anymore, and becomes a spy who works under the cover of a school teacher.
