Indiana Day is a legal holiday (established in 1925) in the U.S. state of Indiana.

The Indiana Code directs the governor to issue an annual proclamation to observe the holiday as the day statehood was granted to the state by the United State Congress.

State schools are required to hold appropriate events and the public celebrations are held. Yet, the day is not a paid holiday.
