Where is the largest Scottish community outside the English-speaking world situated?

I feel that she sings okay now but I really think that her early music was excellent as her songs seemed to really ROCK back then.

Don't ask me how I got this one but I just thought about Madonna doing Evita and I thought- well that kind of makes sense? LOL! I guess there is a reason to sit through a terrible movie/musical- Ha Ha Ha! Say what you want about Madonna but she can sing!

Argentina claimed to have the largest number of "british passports" outside the anglophone world at least until the 1980s (before the war with the UK). There is a big angloargentinean community, with very old and well established english / scottish schools, the Saint Andrews Society of the River Plate was founded in the 1830s, and it´s the oldest british (not english school) in Latin America, still one of the best schools in Buenos Aires. There is also a well established newspaper, the Buenos Aires Herald, still being printed, I think.... Remember that Argentina used to be the largest trading partner of the UK during the Victorian age outside of the Commonwealth... and there was an Anglo-Argentinean batallion in the RAF duriong the WWII (the 164th batallion, if I remember the number correctly) that was composed with more than 500 anglo-argentinean pilots and staff).
