Which fish is least related to the other three?

Brook Trout are chars and not trout, and are less closely related to the other three species. Although all four of these "trouts" have similar body builds and habits, and are members of the same family (Salmonidae), brook trout (Salvelinus fontinalis) belong to a different genus (Salvelinus), while the others belong to the genus Oncorhynchus.

Cutthroat trout (Oncorhynchus clarki), Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss), Apache trout (Oncorhynchus apache).

Brook, Bull, Dolly Varden, and Lake Trout live farther north and all look very similar

I haven't fished for anything for 60 years. When I did fish, it was for trout with my dad when he decided to go to the mountains, rather than the ocean. We managed to catch three of the species listed (rainbow, brook, and cutthroat), but not the apache (we stayed in California, never Arizona). I had to get help for this one because I wasn't sure of which one to choose. Using double chance I was disappointed, and surprised, when my first pick, apache, didn't get accepted. Luck didn't abandon me however, since I had quickly chosen the brook trout as my backup.
