Which is larger, Pluto or Earth's Moon?

Personally, I read it like it was meant to have been read. So no confusion for me. The grammar police, though, have difficulty with every question that's asked on this site. Picking holes in every one like as if they're being paid for it and if they don't find anything, they just don't get paid. In a nutshell folks, get a life. This was a very good question with ONLY two answers. I LIKED IT. As compared to True/False questions which I absolutely abhor!

Pluto was demoted because a scientific group decided it never actually ever orbited the sun. with it being so far away, how do they actually know?

Alicia Szot, it didn't lose it's planetary status due to it's small size. A group of scientists decided it has never orbited the sun in our modern lifetime so therefore is not considered a planet. Bit's so far away, and would take so long to orbit the sun, how do they know it hasn't happened before they were able to collect this data?

No problem here. Pluto is still considered a planet, howbeit a "dwarf" one. OK by me if it's smaller than our moon. What are its moons called, "moonlets"?
