Brucella species are small, Gram-negative, nonmotile, nonspore-forming, rod-shaped (coccobacilli) bacteria. They function as facultative intracellular parasites, causing chronic disease, which usually persists for life.
Symptoms include profuse sweating and joint and muscle pain. Brucellosis has been recognized in animals and humans since the 20th century.

Giardiasis is caused by a microscopic parasite called Giardia lamblia, and you can get giardiasis by eating contaminated food. Another ambiguity.

Yes, once again, as has come to be to rule rather than the exception, Carol Whites has given us a question with at least two possible answers. Her possible answers are not carefully examined before approval by the reviewers. Clearly has has an intent to trick us as so many of her questions have two or more possible answers, it is despicable. Sadly I do not believe that anyone in a position to make a change reads these comments. I have decided to save of my 50/50s to use on Carol Whites questions.

Ok the fact that the author of this question cannot apparently read themselves as the author asked: Which of these is caused by ingestion of undercooked "MEAT" from infected animals? is near here or there though the "Meat" indicates that the answer is not talking about "Dairy - meaning milk, cheese etc" Apparently the individuals task with the job to vet these questions for as accuracy are asleep at wheel.
