Stevie Wonder (b. May 1950 in the state of Michigan) has had a unique career as a singer, composer, instrumentalist, performer and humanitarian. After his early years with Motown, who signed him up as 'Little Stevie Wonder' aged eleven, he gradually released a striking array of innovative music. His many works include "Talking Book" (1972), Innervisions" (1973), and "Songs in the Key of Life" (1976). The 1979 album "The Long Run" is the sixth studio album by American rock group the Eagles.

"The Long Run" is a song that was written by Don Henley and Glenn Frey. The Eagles recorded it as the title track of their album "The Long Run". Stevie Wonder had no involvement as a writer or instrumentalist with the album, song, or Eagles recording of the music and lyrics of "The Long Run".

"The Long Run" is a long playing album that came after "Hotel California" (1976) and was the last one before the band broke up. A good number of critics have given the album 5 stars because it is full of hits such as "I Can't Tell You Why", "In The City", "Heartache Tonight", "Sad Café", and of course, "The Long Run". Additionally, its overall production seems to be truly appreciated by those who own and recommend it. This is another successful album that was produced by the long time producer Bill Szymczyk.
