Which of these novels was not written by Scott Pratt?
"A Crime of Passion" (2014), "Judgment Cometh" (2016), and "Due Process" (2018) are several novels that were written by Scott Pratt (1956—(2018). Pratt was born in South Haven, Michigan, and grew up in Jonesborough, Tennessee. He wrote over 15 books. He did not write the novel "Sharp Practice".
He died in November 2018 in a diving accident. He was an author, former journalist, and former lawyer. He died in Bonaire, Caribbean Netherlands and just 5 months after his wife, a well-known dance instructor, had died after a long battle with cancer.
"Publisher's Weekly" has noted, "Scott Pratt's books have sold more than 4.5 million copies. His books have been translated into over 10 languages, and his stories about crime, suspense, and court dramas have captivated the world."
The novel "Sharp Practice" is a 1974 mystery story written by John Farris (born July 1936). Some literary critics including Robert Bloch have called this work: "A classic compound of gruel, gore, insanity, and incest skillfully blended."
The novel is about Anne Ramsdell someone who dreamed of soft rain and stately elms. Reality was a psychopathic maniac who mauled her, battered her, and hurled her through a plate-glass window. Ultimately the guy stalks her wherever she goes. She cannot remember his face and she cannot forget her terror.
