Which of these plants is toxic?
Nerium oleander is a shrub or small tree in the dogbane family 'Apocynaceae', toxic in all its parts. It is the only species currently classified in the genus Nerium. It is most commonly known as nerium or oleander, from its superficial resemblance to the unrelated olive Olea.
It is so widely cultivated that no precise region of origin has been identified, though southwest Asia has been suggested. Oleander is one of the most poisonous commonly grown garden plants.

Laurel is toxic. It produces cyanide. I'm getting sick of getting questions "wrong" because the writer has got their facts wrong. How long can Quizzclub carry on with this crap from the imaginary Carol Whites, \\Zain//, David Wilkes, brian l...and GEM ?? Quizzclub, if you're going to create these fictional characters, at least make sure that the answers to the questions are correct.

Coleus is toxic to cats and dogs. Specify humans and don't have multiple correct answers

Coleus is also mildly toxic. Even the 50/50 showed both choices, so I had to go with one (and luckily chose the one that this author considered correct). STOP having two or more correct answers, for goodness' sake!

Grant McIntosh, Laurel was not listed in the options. Even if it is toxic - as so many other plants are, it can not be considered for this trivia quiz. If you don't like the quiz site, you can find another.

Looking at the first ten comments, it appears that this question may have been updated. I can only guess that laurel was originally one of the choices but has now been replaced by another one. My apologies to anyone that I've criticised below.
