Donald Duck is a twin! His twin sister is named Della "Dumbella" Duck (Also referred to as Thelma Duck). She is the mother to Donald's mischievous triplet nephews Huey, Dewey & Louie. Donald's sister was first mentioned in the cartoon short Donald's Nephews (1938), in which she sent her sons to visit Donald. Although, originally Della was referred to Donald's cousin in the comic adaptation of the short, in Rosa's The Empire-Builder from Calisota, chapter 11 of the Eiser Award-winning comic book series The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck she was labeled as Donald's twin sister.

Chip and Dale are twins....here is a clip from Disney Chip and Dale first appeared in a 1943 Pluto cartoon titled Private Pluto. In this appearance, they look a lot more like realistic chipmunks and did not have names. The two then-nameless twin chipmunks were never intended to be used again after that short, but when Walt Disney needed new characters to challenge Donald Duck, a decision was made to revive the two chipmunks, leading them to acquire their now-familiar names and personalities

I thought Chip had a twin brother named Dale and I think I deserve credit for this answer. I never heard of a twin sister for Donald Duck. I am 70 years old and I never saw this sister

Wrong!! Chip and Dale are the obvious ones to the majority of the population! If Donald has a twin then Chip should have been omitted! Not fair! Never have I heard of a twin for Donald and I'm 74 years old.

Plenty of online references to Della being Donald's twin. Anyway think about it: to have nephews (Huey, Louie and Dewey) Donald must've had at least a brother or sister!
