Peter Stuart Wright (born 10 March 1970) is a professional darts player in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. Nicknamed "Snakebite", he is a two-time world champion, having won the PDC World Darts Championship in 2020 and 2022. He is also a World Matchplay champion and has been ranked as the World No. 1 in the PDC twice (both times occurring in 2022).

Born in Livingston, Scotland, to a 16-year-old single mother, Wright moved to London with his mother when he was three years old. Although he has lived in England ever since, he chooses to represent Scotland in sports.

Wright competed at the 1995 BDO World Darts Championship but did not pursue a professional career; instead, he worked as a builder and tyre fitter while playing in local darts leagues. He first played a full schedule of Professional Darts Corporation events in 2008, with little success, winning just £1,200 in prize money.

Wright has become known for his colourful Mohican hairstyle and extravagant clothing which change between every round of his tournaments. His hair takes two hours to complete and is done by his hairdresser wife Joanne and inspired by their daughter. He usually has a snake painted on to the side of his head which many believed was reference to his favourite drink, the snakebite. However, he is actually called Snakebite due to his love of snakes.

Wright equates his look to applying war paint before going into battle, as he is naturally shy away from the throwing line.
