Which religion celebrates the Vesak Festival?

Vesak is a holiday traditionally observed by Buddhists and some Hindus on different days in India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Tibet, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Mongolia and the Philippines and in China, Japan, South Korea, North Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam as "Buddha's Birthday" as well as in other parts of the world.

The festival commemorates the birth, enlightenment (Buddhahood), and death (Parinirvāna) of Gautama Buddha in the Theravada or southern tradition.

I happened to be visiting Vietnam one year at the time of the festival. It was beautiful watching all the families gather together at the tallest Buddha I’ve ever seen.

I don't know if anybody else has experienced this yet, but when I try to answer a question it says it's already been answered and I have not yet done the quiz. Are there Gremlins in this quiz or what?

Needed more info so I looked it up. One thing I found was the importance of the festival. It is significant because it reminds Hmm Buddhists of the importance of the life of Buddha. Hope it is a time for celebration, it is also a time for relection. Break gives Buddhists the opportunity to think about what they can learn from the Buddha's life.It is celebrated on the day of the full moon in May.
