It was said that Helen of Troy was the person who had "the face that launched a thousand ships". Helen was a Spartan woman, the most beautiful in the world. Many men fought for Helen's hand and tried to abduct her, but King Menelaus finally became her husband. Her beauty was so powerful that the Greeks went to Troy to rescue her and fought the Trojan War. They sailed on board one thousand ships to find her and Paris, a prince who had kidnapped Helen. This myth remains one of the most popular and well-known in the world, and Helen is still one of the most inspired female characters of all times.

You are blurring history with myth.
