Who is Eric Marlon Bishop?

Jamie Foxx was born Eric Marlon Bishop on December 13, 1967 in Terrell Texas. Mr. Foxx started out with the television program "In Living Color" in 1991. Because of his huge popularity on the show, he was given his own series called The Jamie Foxx Show in 1996. This program lasted 5 seasons and ended in 2001.

He proved himself as a dramatic actor, appearing in Ray in 2004. This role earned him an Academy Award. Two years later, Foxx impressed music fans with his hit collabration with Kanye West for the song "Gold Digger." Mr. Foxx starred in Quentin Tarantino's western Django Unchained (2012), among many other movies.

Thanks for your reviews, I changed the picture per your request. I corrected all punctuation errors. What is wrong with you people! This is CORRECT. The answer is NOT listed more than once, Eric McCormick is a different name and person. I will change the picture for the 3RD TIME! Go to any site and look up Jamie Foxx and this information will be there. How long of an explanation do you need? This is a question, not a book! I have explained the correct answer to this question, what else is there to know? Do your own search if you want to learn more about Jamie Foxx. I think that we need to have an intelligence test for some of these reviewers!

I do thank the one reviewer who actually did state a good suggestion about the picture being a woman and the question is about a man. There is at least one good person reviewing these questions. Because some of you are terrible at spelling, stop reviewing questions until you know what you are talking about. WHAT SPELLING ERRORS! Be specific, do not just click on a button.

When you post trivia questions , your target audience is full of OCD people who will complain about spelling , punctuation , etc., sir , english teachers included . I do feel your pain on false positive spelling errors , I blame spell check, just like with calculators in class , and cell phones , learning anything isn't required these days and too much of the population is just fine with that .....

williamrlaughlin, in defence of BLKSTANG, I have had around 75% of the questions I've submitted not approved on the grounds of "grammatical mistakes" and "historical inaccuracies" when there have been none of either, and as BLKSTANG said, you are given no explanation of what they deem incorrect. It is incredibly irritating and has put me off of submitting any more. And they were good questions!

earlepg, I really think that admin was remiss in posting the rest of blkstangs explanation/message to reviewers, but I am glad that it was posted. After carefully a crafting two questions entirely in my own words (following the instructions which I have since seen are rarely followed) about four months after joining, I was given two chances to earn approval prior to having them dumped. I really didn't think much of the reasons for having them returned, but I spent considerable additional time in an attempt to meet expectations of the reviewers. (One item that supposedly needed change was the picture - one reviewer demanded it be changed while another complemented the same picture.) Both questions were then rejected for the second time, with finality. The final insult came about two months when I saw a new question submitted by one of the reviewers that rejected my work that was nothing more than what I had submitted reworked with another picture. Of course the "new author" just cut and pasted the explanation. The saddest psrt of this is that I'm seeing the same thing occur to others.

As to this question, I really had no idea who Eric Bishop Marlon is or was. Rather than dump the question without answer, I decided to try for it. I thought that I might have heard something about both Fifty Cent and Tupac, so left them out. That left me with Jamie Foxx and Eric McCormick. I've never heard of Eric McCormick, so (discounting the possibility that he kept his first name intact) that left Jamie Foxx who, as far as I was concerned, could have started out as Eric Bishop Marlon.
