Famous for her ambiguous and bold style, West made a name for herself in vaudeville and on the stage in New York City before moving to Hollywood and becoming an actress.

Gloria Pressley, I thought it looked like Mary Pickford too. I'm going to see if I can find that photo like Katherine Walker did. I still have trouble believing that is Mad West. I found some pictures of her as a child and her hair was blond int?o her teen years. I also can't believe she is the 15th greatest actress in American cinema history. Maybe she was named that but I don't think she could act. She sat there looking p retty. Her most famous line unless I'm remembering wrong was "won't you come up and see me sometime."

Great achievement, considering she could not act her way out of a paper bag. Saw several of her films, she weas bold, cheeky, racy... but an actress? No way!
