Donna Reed was an American actress born on the 27th of January, 1921. She starred in numerous films and TV shows, also working as a producer. Donna is famous for her brilliant work in more than 40 movies, including such great films as Wonderful Life and The Last Time I Saw Paris. In 1953 Donna won an Oscar for her role as Lorene Burke in a great war drama From Here to Eternity.

But the most widely known Reed's work is her performance in The Donna Reed Show, where she played a role of a middle-class American housewife. She received numerous Emmy Award nominations for this role and the Golden Globe Award for Best TV Star in 1963.
