The Wylie Wilson Wall Mural in Los Angeles, CA found on the wooden wall, which is the back side of Cool-girl Lingerie Store, was painted by Jules Muck. She started doing graffiti in Europe and Great Britain to begin her art career. Muck began bombing (painting) in New York in the late 1990s. She was discovered on a Bronx rooftop by Sandra Fabara (Lady Pink). She apprenticed under Fabara for about 4 years. In LA, Muck had showings at The Pacific Design Center, Lab Art Gallery, Center for the Arts Eagle Rock, and Rivera Gallery in Hollywood, CA. Her murals are prominent all over the Los Angeles area, especially in Venice Beach where she lives and has her studio.

Muck was born in Stoke-on-Trent, England in 1978. She spent most of her young life in England and other parts of Europe, as well as some years in the United States. When she returned to New York City, she worked under Lady Pink. Muck was then christened into graffiti by several great legends. After her efforts in New York, she moved to California.

The Wylie Wilson Wall Mural was created solely by the Venice, CA based street artist Muck. It helped her to gain a great reputation as a graffiti artist. The Wylie Wilson Wall Mural is now considered one of the best pieces of street art found anywhere in the city. It is located in one of the spots in LA that seems almost over-saturated with murals. This wall mural and Muck's green Lindsay Lohan Mural, a mural welcoming Lindsay Lohan to Venice, are two of her favorites.
