Who said, "Don't cry because it's over. Smile because it happened"?

"Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened" is a quote that is attributed to Dr Seuss (Theodor Seuss Geisel, 1904-1991), author and illustrator of children's books. He is best known for 1957 children's book "The Cat in the Hat".
