Who was included the Guinness Book of Records as the world's youngest published author?

Saeed Rashed AlMheiri, a four-year-old from Abu Dhabi, has become the world's youngest published author ever thanks to his book, The Elephant Saeed and the Bear.

His book follows an unexpected friendship between two animals and emphasises the importance of kindness.

Following his book selling 1,000 copies, Saeed was able to have his record verified on the 9th of March 2023.

He is now the youngest published author in the world at only the age of 4 years and 218 days old!

Almheiri spoke to Guinness World Records about his book, he said: “It is about the elephant Saeed and a polar bear. The elephant had a picnic and he saw a polar bear.

He thought the bear was going to eat him but, in the end, the elephant showed kindness and said ‘let’s have a picnic together’! Then they became friends and showed kindness to each other.”
