Specific gravity is based on water at 1.0. So liquids are measured in units based on 1. A beer might be 1.05. Etc.

By definition, a prime number is a number greater than 1 that can only be divided by itself and 1, so 2 is the smallest prime number. 2 is also the only even prime number.

2 is a prime number because it can be divided by 1 and itself. 1 is not considered to be a prime number. Was caught out with that question in a quiz before.

Alan Conyard, The definition of a prime number is if it can only be divided by itself and 1. So 2, by definition, is a prime number. So 1 is actually the correct answer as the lowest prime number.

Marshall Davis, 1 doesn’t meet the definition of a prime number. It doesn’t have 2 distinct factors.
