Elsy O. Stromberg, It does seem unconstitutional. I wonder if it's one of those long ago laws that were never officially repealed, but which are mostly ignored in the modern age.

Gail, then who determines what is “fat”? What weight? For whom? Same for everyone, or are there different weights for different people? Do you make the decisions?

Gail, Some people are fat due to physical problems, so they shouldn't be punished. Actually I don't think any fat people should be punished. They should be encouraged to eat more healthier and excercise more.
