Steve Tingle, 'Samhain' was one of the original 'British Celtic' quarter days celebrated in what is now England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales. Also, to a lesser extent, Brittany. Halloween derived from the celebration of Samhain. Nothing to do with Christianity.

Interesting quiz. However, question 8 is wrong! Turnips are way to small to make anything! We used to use swedes which are essentially turnips but are a lot larger..
