I did say a tomato is a fruit, because botanically it is, but the US Supreme Court made a ruling in 1893 for the case Nix v. Hedden, 149 U.S. 304 that it is a vegetable because it is not eaten as a dessert, but as a side dish with the main course. This was for taxing purposes.Fruits did not have a tariff and vegetables did.

Question #1 should read “What continent is the United States on?” If you leave it as it is both North and South America would be correct.
