How Well Do You REALLY Know Black History?

We all know George Washington Carver had something to do with peanuts, and MLK had a dream, but did you know that Barack Obama may not have been the first "black" president?

Thanks for the answers! I failed miserably. I usually fail anything to do with history of any kind…

Very interesting facts. A shame that you can’t find any of this information in American history books. I suppose the kids now a days probably learn these historical facts one month out of the year. Can you guess what month that is? Most people probably have to look that up to. Well at least things are finally coming to the forefront. When I went to school these facts were surely something that was taught.

9/11. Mostly luck but I actually knew several of these. Only 3 were easy but I learned things I didn’t know before...which is the point.

Are there no other notable people of African descent anywhere besides the US. Is there no "black history" elsewhere in the world?
