I would like to see some references on some of these. The memory and smoking question is blatantly false. If you lose 1/3 of your memory "everyday", you would be a vegetable in 10 days, having retained only 1.7% of your memory. Perhaps they meant smoking every day eventually (which would require definition) causes loss of 1/3 of memory. There are better reasons to not smoke than making up stuff like this.

Christopher Skinner, Smoking is unhealthy and bad for you if you smoke at all regularly. It's hard not to be addicted and if you're addicted you are going to be smoking excessively.

The quotes about Cigarettes are garbage. In the 1950's Kool (sic) cigarettes had asbestos filters and THAT alone caused lung cancer from smoking. Smoking is unhealthy when smokers smoke excessively but if one exercises, keeps fit and eats nutritious healthy food, one will be less likely to succumb to smoking.

An hour of sleep is worth more to your happiness than a $60,000 per yr. raise? Don't think so. Smoking can reduce your memory by 1/3 every day? If that were true heavy smokers wouldn't be able to function. And just working out should result in weight loss unless you eat more. The more you work out, the more weight you'll lose.
