Denny Quigley, unfortunately this isn’t correct. People often get dehydrated without feeling thirsty. By the time you feel thirsty, you’re already somewhat dehydrated. Intense exercise, hot weather, age all can diminish the ability to tell when one needs water.
David Smith, I've always thought a cup or 8oz. of water was considered a glass! Correct me if that isn't right. Any Doctors on here to let us know? Thanks.
One questions says 6 to 8 glasses of water a day to be hydrated, then another says at least 8 glasses a day. That a contradiction. Another thing how much fluid is in a glass???. As a former engineer I don't use micky mouse measurements.
