Congrats! You'll survive the next Ice Age.You're basically the MacGyver of the Ice Age. Way to go! You'll know what to do, whether it's finding food, building shelter, or taking care of your party. See you in the next lifetime!

some of these questions are "questionable" climate change has been happening for 4.5 billion years, yet here we are.

I don't plan on surviving the next ice age... thank goodness. First of all, the next true ice age is way, way off. One thing that isn't is the rising sea level due to the melting polar ice cap. In addition, climate change--whether you believe in it or not-- is probably largely responsible for the weird weather we have had these past several years, flooding rains, fires...but there is much that mankind (oh, alright, humankind) can do to mitigate fires and damaging floods--but we have to do it. The plans to shore up the New Orleans spillways were sitting on Congressional desks for a long time before Katrina finally slammed that City. The use of electric vehicles as opposed to gasoline-powered vehicles, the development and improvement of other non-polluting energy sources. All I can hope is that our progeny will do what needs to be done... sooner than later.
So for what is worth, there is plenty of food for thought...

I'll survive - I don't think so, most of the incursions in the current ice age lasted tens of thousands of years, interglacials mostly lasted about 20 thousand years we are only around 12,000 years since the last ice retreat.
