Trampolining terms are used to define some types and positions performed in this Olympic sport.

Miller is a term for a double back somersault with one twist in the first and double full twist in the second.

Back Somersault means that the body is making one backward rotation being in any of the straight, piked or tucked positions.

Double back somersault is when the body is rotating backwards two times being in any of the tucked, piked or straight positions.

Half Twist and Full Twist means that the body is rotating in a straight jump position until facing the opposite direction for a half twist or a complete 360° rotation for a full twist.

This term was named after former triple World Trampoline Champion Wayne Miller who perfected the move.
