According to the Guinness Book of World Records, what is the highest recorded human body temperature?

Normal human body temperature (normothermia, euthermia) is the typical temperature range found in humans. The normal human body temperature range is typically stated as 36.5–37.5 °C (97.7–99.5 °F).

On July 10, 1980, 52-year-old Willie Jones of Atlanta was admitted to the hospital with heatstroke and a temperature of 115.7 degrees Fahrenheit. He spent 24 days in the hospital and survived. Jones holds the Guinness Book of World Records honor for highest recorded body temperature.

Easy question, since the three incorrect answers are close to the "normal" human body temperature of 98.6 degrees. Good question, but could have been made more challenging.

Having had a temperature of 104 and hallucinating, answer had to be higher as Mr. Guinness didn’t contact me. 😜

It had to be the highest option as I’m sure most of us have had temperatures over 40, my personal records was 41.8 when I was young, can’t remember if it was due to flu or tonsillitis. The thing is that my normal temperature is not 36.5 as stated in most articles it’s actually 35.5 and one of my sisters is the same as me.
