All polar bears are left-handed.
Scientists observing the animals haven't noticed a preference. In fact, polar bears seem to use their right and left paws equally.
The belief that polar bears are left handed came about because the Inuits (who live in close proximity to the bears and have had a lot of experience with them) say that the right paw of the polar bear is slower and less accurate than the left. They say that you have a better chance against the polar bear if you avoid the stronger and more accurate left paw.

Polar bears can't be bi-polar either because they naturally live only at the north pole

I"'ll take the Inuits word for it and try to avoid either paw. I don't think they mind which one they scalp you with.

What a strange question. I never thought about the handedness of bears, or any other animals but figured polar bears likely are not one hand or the other preference.

If a polar bear is using his hand, be it right or left, it would’ve borrowed from a human. Polar bears have shown no preference for tearing or ripping off a humans right or left hand .
