As of May 2020, who is the shortest living adult human as verified by Guinness World Records?

The shortest living man as of now is Junrey Balawing (Philippines, b.12 June 1993) who measures 59.93 cm (23.5 in) tall as verified at Sindangan Health Centre in Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte, Philippines, on 12 June 2011. He has difficulty in standing and walking, and is not independently mobile.

His height averaged 59.93 cm (23.6 in) over six measurements taken in the 24-hour period leading up to the morning of his 18th birthday.

Chandra Bahadur Dangi of Nepal was previously declared the shortest human adult ever documented and verified, measuring at just 21.51 in (54.64 cm). His height was also confirmed by Guinness World Records. After his death in 2015, Junrey Balawing claimed the position.

If he died in 2015 how can he be the correct answer? Even the question setter gave the correct answer of Junrey Balawing.

Lalit Mohan Joshi, Jyoti Kisanji Amge maybe the shortest woman, but at 6.28 she is somewhat taller than Junrey Balawing, who is also still living (as per the question), unlike Chandra who is no longer living.
