Bonnie , Hate to burst your bubble Bonnie, but people aren't moving because of the government. They are moving because of the cost of living. 50 year old house, 3bdrm, 2bth, 1800 sqft sell for $2,000,000. Rents are just as bad. We have the highest rate for gasoline in the continuous 48. And on and on. If you think it's the government, you've been listening to Dumb Donald too much.

CA has a population of about 26 states combined. It is also the fifth largest economy in the world and supplies the rest of America with a lot of the food that is consumed. Yea, CA!

Bonnie , If I was fond of regular 100 degree+ temperature days, tarantulas, fire ants, etc. I would consider Texas, but no thanks. My cousin does live in San Antonio though, and loves it.

Bonnie , Speak for yourself I live in LA California and love the state. I have been to Houston, Austin and Dallas nice, but not for me.

jimsclads, Most of the population of the US is illegal immigrants! The majority of the population didn't do anything to be declared legal but show up at Ellis Island, and the others showed up in Massachusetts and Virginia. Does that make them legal?

Have to disagree with Bonnie. The only reason she is against CA is because it is a blue state. We'll cut off the food we send to TX, the land of heat, cows, dust, and rednecks. Thee friends moved to TX from CA; all of them hate TX, but can't buy houses now in CA.
