Cooking food often transforms its chemical make up
It is a chemical change because you are changing the atoms,molecules and everything that was the original form of the substance. You can also tell by the fact that it looks different and smells different.
What are your thoughts on this subject?

Angel, it DOES change! The 'Maillard Reaction' causes chemical reactions.
Unfortunately there is no source cited here, but you can google the Maillard Reaction to find more.
I would think that anyone with an interest in cooking knows about it.

It's might change physically not chemically. The answer is not rightly explained. How can foos change chemically when cooked, makes no sense.
