How is the mass of a cube measured?

The mass of a cube is calculated as its density times its volume. If the values for density and volume are not provided, they should be measured or calculated.

Volume can be calculated if one knows the length, width or height, as all three values are the same for a cube. Multiply these three values together to find the volume. Once the density and volume values are known, multiply them together. Romulus Sorin Ivan-Papu, the formula is the same for empty or solid shape. The difference is in calculating the volume. For an empty object the volume = lxbxd of outside minus lxbxd of inside.

David Stokes, mass is a measure of the amount of matter of an object whereas weight is a measure of the force of gravity on the mass. Mass is the same under any gravity condition.

The question is not clear. The cube is empty (one formula) or solid (different formula)

BigSky1470, weight and mass are not the same! Neil Armstrong's mass on the moon was the same as it was on Earth. But his weight was far less!

Shelley Welch Dunivan, it is given! In words. But to translate for you M=DV. If you further want the volume of a cube, it is V=L^3, where L is the length of the sides. Hence of a cube is given by M=DL^3.
