How many bone fractures did the stunt performer Evel Knievel suffer during his career?
Robert Craig "Evel" Knievel (October 17, 1938 – November 30, 2007) was an American Stunt performer and entertainer. Over his career, he attempted more than 75 ramp-to-ramp motorcycle jumps, and, in 1974, a canyon jump across Snake River Canyon (which failed) in the Skycycle X-2, a steam-powered rocket. During his career he suffered more than 433 bone fractures, earning an entry in the Guinness Book of World Records as the survivor of "most bones broken in a lifetime".

Having experienced a double compound fracture of my left elbow, and having broken my right ankle in 7 (that's right--SEVEN!) places, I realize that I was a rank amateur in broken bones when compared to Knievel. He was lucky that he didn't SNAP-CRACKLE-POP every time he took a single step.

Yea, he was quite the freak (mean't in a very respectful way, I couldn't do what he did). How he lived through all his accidents, I don't know. Did he ever have a family? What did he do when that part of life was past?
