How many miracles were recorded in the Gospels?
During his earthly ministry, Jesus Christ transformed countless lives. Like other events in the life of Jesus, his miracles were documented by eyewitnesses. The four Gospels record 37 miracles of Jesus, with Mark's Gospel recording the most.
These accounts represent only a small number of the multitudes of people who were made whole by Jesus. The closing verse of John's Gospel explains:
"Jesus did many other things as well. If every one of them were written down, I suppose that even the whole world would not have room for the books that would be written." (John 21:25)
With His unconditional love He touched many lives.

They didn't ask how many miracles did Jesus perform; they asked how many miracles were recorded in the Gospels!

Anthony Watts, I thought that the total was "a bunch". So it was arbitrarily decided as the lower end of 37 to 73. How could such a thing be an accurate count?

The question itself is fine but I object to being subjected to evangelical proselytising in the explanation. This is quizzclub not a hallelujah side show. Stick to the facts and keep your religious beliefs to yourself!

I think this is a little too religious specific. It speaks of jesus as if everyone views him as Christians do. We all don't. Keep religion out of here. It's supposed to be a fact based quiz challenge
