Bill Coe, The youngest B-52 will be 55 in October. They were made until October of 1962. The answer is correct for now, but questioners must be aware of time lines when presenting questions. Too many answers become dated with the passage of time and we don't all get these questions on the same date. Some come months apart judging by the dates of the comments.

In October of this year this question will be wrong. It should of been dated oŕ changed to g sanborn's recommendation.

This question could have been answered in more than one correct way.

At least it shows I didn't look up the answer. Actually embarrassed, since I was stationed at a B-52 base

when was the last Boeing B-52 Stratofortress built...

Questions like these need to be dated "as of 2016" etc.

This question was posted in 2012 ? .? .? That makes the B-52 last produced in 1962 so that makes the youngest 55 years old. The question didn't give us that for an answer. You guys are like the government.
