In Game of Thrones, Who made Stannis Baratheon's first sword?

Donal Noye is one of the characters who could tell us a lot about the Robert’s Rebellion but unfortunately he is not a POV character and so we see seldom see him. He used to be armorer and smith for House Baratheon at Storm’s End. He was the one who made Robert’s first warhammer and also Stannis’ first sword.

He used to be very strong and tough but time has made him weak. He has a round belly and has frown fat but some can still say that he is strong. He was present at Storm’s End during the siege and was trapped inside the castle along with many others. He lost an arm during the siege though we don’t know how as there was no battle during the siege of Storm’s End. After losing an arm he joined the Night’s Watch and became a steward there.
