In the Billy Bunter books, who is the Form Master of the Remove?

Mr. Quelch, just like Billy Bunter, had his first appearance in the first issue of the Magnet in 1908. Created by Charles Harold St John Hamilton under the pen name of Frank Richards, as the master in charge of the remove form, he was the most featured teacher in the Magnet's stories. Henry Samuel Quelch does not have much of a biography, he came after all into being as a teacher at a school where in 30 years none of the main characters grew a single year older. Nevertheless he can be described as a just man, a dedicated teacher and a fine scholar, who did not deserve Billy Bunter.

As Quelch made the transition to comics with Billy Bunter, and "Master Quelch" became in the Dutch translation of those comics "Meester Kwel", "Meester Kwel" was used in the three Billie Turf movies.
