In the board game 'Stratego', how many bombs are given to each player?
In Stratego, bombs are an essential part of the game. They are unmovable pieces in Stratego that blow up any attacking piece except for miners. The only way that a bomb can be removed from the board is if one of the opponent's miners attack it. Each player gets 6 bombs, and at least 2 or 3 of them are usually used to defend the flag.
There are no good or bad strategies regarding bombs unless they hinder movement of movable pieces, as bombs placed in unexpected places are more likely to blow up unsuspecting high-ranked pieces.
Stratego is a two player game that requires memory and strategy skills. The goal is to be the first player to capture your opponent’s Flag or to capture all of your opponent’s moveable pieces. Each player acts by attacking his/her opponent’s army pieces with their own army pieces. Each army piece has a different rank and some pieces have special abilities. During game play, one can either move a piece or attack a piece that is owned by an opponent.
