The Three Emperors Dinner was a lavish banquet held at the Café Anglais in Paris on 7 June 1867. It consisted of 16 courses with eight wines served over a period of eight hours. The banquet was requested by King Wilhelm I of Prussia (who became Emperor in 1871) and attended by Emperor Alexander II of Russia, his son Tsarevitch Alexander, who became Emperor Alexander III, and Otto von Bismark.

Wilhelm had frequented the cafe while he attended the International Exposition of 1867 and requested chef Adolphe Dugléré to prepare a meal that had no expenses spared and be very memorable for the guests. The cost of the meal was 400 francs per person (over $10,000 in 2017 prices). The high price of the wines served contributed to the high price of the meal.

Australian chef Shannon Bennett attempted to recreate the banquet in 2002. He spent six months to plan the banquet and required some changes due to key ingredients and wines no longer being available. Even using the nearest modern equivalent ingredients and wines, the cost of the meal was $7,500 per person.
