It is impossible for most people to lick their elbow
It’s physically impossible to lick your elbow. The reason being that from any angle that you take your tongue is instantly too short to reach the tip of your elbow. There has been known claims of people possessing the talents to do this task. Unless you have an unusual sized tongue or you are incredibly flexible, you won’t be able to perform this act. If you've been blessed with a particularly short upper arm, though, combined with an abnormally long tongue, learning the right reaching technique can help you make this supposedly impossible task a reality.

Maybe if you have a tongue like Gene Simmons of KISS it's possible. Just laughing because I sure everybody that responded to this question tried licking their elbow.....including me!!!....LOL

Doug Faber, I tried because I have a tongue that's too big for my mouth (not a problem except I have to remember to press it against my lower teeth). But the tongue didn't quite reach my elbow. kind of fun.

I saw a woman on UK tv that did it but she may have had an underlying disease like Ehlers-Danlos or Marfans or another pre-existing condition.

I lick my sons' elbows as a gesture of love, because it's the one thing they can't do for themselves.
