What does a crossed-out circle on wash care labels mean?

I got the correct answer but what an odd way to word the question. I had to read it 3 times. Any way, right now I'm receiving 3 times the normal points or 15 per question. I won this on a bonus quiz. But on this question I received 21 points for a correct answer. This happens to me not often but more than rarely. Does it happen to anyone else? If so, do you know why? At first I noticed that I received 21 points instead of 15 on questions whose answer had multiple answers involved in 1 answer. Example: "What 4 countries all share a border with France?" In which each example had 4 possible combinations. But sometimes.rd it's just 1 answer. And why 21 points, why not 20 which would be 4 times the usually points? I didn't explain that very well but if you understand my gibberish, would you please respond? Thank you in advance!
