What happens when you upset a hippo?

When Hippos are upset, their sweat changes color. Nature magazine states that the secretion is made up of two unstable pigments - one red the other orange.

The red secretion also has antibacterial properties, which work to protect the hippo from certain pathogens and accelerate in the recovery of wounds.

As far as I know the red that a hippo sweats is a form of sunscreen not an indication of anger. What I hippo does when it is angry with you is simple it kills you. Hippos are responsible for more deaths in Africa than any other animal.

This question is yet another example of why people get so annoyed with Quizzclub. The reference cited is irrelevant and any of the answer options are acceptable answers. Even more annoying is not being able to downvote such a poor question. Reporting such questions never seems to see them amended or deleted.
